Best Kymta Reviews

We had a very pleasant experience having our late lunch here. We sat upstairs outside on the terrace. Which was lovely when the sun was shining. The overall feel of the place was friendly and welcoming. Nicely decorated, quirky and modern. Our server was very nice, friendly and attentive. The cocktail menu is a must try! The food menu is something to behold! Quite extensive with a twist on some classics and some great original ideas! We were far from disappointed with our meals and portion sizes. Our only very small niggle was, that was way to much seasoned salt on the chips. Other than that we had a great dining experience and will certainly return in the future.
Quite possibly the best pub in Windermere...
We visited last year and enjoyed it so booked a table of 14 for birthday celebrations. The hosting was great, drinks were refilled within minutes and ordering was swift and fuss free. The food is always great and portions are huge! Great music and vibe, I didn't catch our waiter's name but his energy was incredible. Thanks guys!
It is open until late on Sunday when all the visitors have gone home.
Nice music and a good atmosphere, lots of staff working with a smile. Good service.
A big choice for drinks with and without alcohol. Nice food also.
The place has a very nice decoration and the toilets are amazing.
I recommend brown sugar.
What can I say..

Amazing chilled out deco.
Lovely helpful polite staff.
Great location with terrific views.
Very well presented food and drinks.
Loved my dining experience here.
And looking forward to my next visit.
Thank you so much for your hospitality
A group of 10 ladies came to Windermere for a 3 night stay to celebrate a 70th Birthday.Brown Sugar did not let us down on the BOOKED Saturday night. The food wine and cocktails along with superb service made our occasion the best. It was so good we returned on the Monday morning for brunch.Once again a fabulous experience. Music was just the right ambience too. Hats off to the wonderful staff would definitely return!
We had a very decent meal at this cafe, the taste was lovely, but the reason it gets 4/5 stars is due to the very obvious carelessness of the chefs.
We ordered a chicken liver parfait; the presentation and flavour were spot on, however, we got served burnt brioche to go with it. The fact that the chef looked at that piece of bread and thought it would be okay to serve is a bit bizarre to me, especially when it’s not the cheapest dish. The smoothies were served in plastic cups, for a sit in meal, it would have been obvious to serve it in glass.
Overall verdict is that the food was delicious, the staff lovely, but a little bit more effort goes a long way. I wanted to give 3 stars but the food saved the rating. If we’re ever in Windemere again, we will definitely visit your establishment , and hopefully won’t get any burnt bread this time.
Came here for a big family dinner. There were 17 of us. We rang round so many different places and this was the only one that accepted a booking from us. We were sat upstairs and had a lovely view of Windermere.
The waiter we had was amazing. Being a big party a few were fussy eaters and one lactose intolerance. The waiter gave great options for theses people and even swapped one of the sauces, on one of the meals. He made sure we had drinks and chatted to us. All with a big smile. All the staff were lovely.
The food was some of the best food we've had in a while. Everything was cooked perfectly. They even made a special vegan meal for one of us. Considering how many of us there were, the wait was not long. All our food came out together too
When we arrived at Windermere we were hungry but didn’t know where to go for a bite. Stumbled upon Brown Sugar which looked really inviting from the outside. The vibe inside was really warm and welcoming. Service was great. I had the Cumberland swirl which was super yummy. Portion sizes are really big so if you’re not a big eater, maybe order something smaller or share your meal with somebody.
